What if a name has more than one English spelling?
Provide the spelling used on a passport or other official record when available. We can use it as a reference while keeping the translation faithful to the source document.
Do I need notarization?
Not necessarily. Add notarization only when the receiving organization specifically requires the certification signature to be notarized.
Can I add an apostille?
Apostille service is available as an add-on for eligible certified translation orders. If the original source document itself also needs an apostille, that is a separate process.
How will I receive my translation?
Completed translations are delivered securely as digital PDF files. Physical delivery is available for eligible certified orders when selected.
