No. We translate the medical report faithfully to the source. Diagnoses, findings, measurements, and recommendations are not independently interpreted or changed.
Should I include attachments referenced in the report?
Include them when they are part of the requested translation scope or when the receiving organization asks for them. Keep each attachment clearly associated with the report.
Should I upload both sides of my document?
Yes, when the reverse contains text, stamps, registration information, endorsements, or other content that forms part of the document.
What if a name has more than one English spelling?
Provide the spelling used on a passport or other official record when available. We can use it as a reference while keeping the translation faithful to the source document.
Do I need notarization?
Not necessarily. Add notarization only when the receiving organization specifically requires the certification signature to be notarized.
Can I add an apostille?
Apostille service is available as an add-on for eligible certified translation orders. If the original source document itself also needs an apostille, that is a separate process.
How will I receive my translation?
